The Central Bank of Libya establishes adjusted official working hours for commercial banks and their staff during the month of Ramadan. For employees, working hours are set from 09:00 to 14:00, Sunday through Thursday. For the public, banking hours are reduced to 09:30 to 13:30, Sunday through Thursday. These adjustments apply to commercial banks, the Libyan Foreign Bank, and the Transactions Financial Services Company.

Based on the provisions of Law No. (1) of 2005 concerning Banks, and in the context of the Central Bank of Libya executing its supervisory and regulatory role over banks.
And with reference to the Council of Ministers' Decision No. (319) dated 19/07/2012, regarding official working hours during the holy month of Ramadan, we inform you that the following has been decided:
First: Regarding Employees: From Sunday To Thursday From 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM
Second: Regarding the Public: From Sunday To Thursday From 09:30 AM to 01:30 PM
