Portfolio transfer of Mandatum Henkivakuutusosakeyhtiö to INVL Vie UAB
The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority authorized Mandatum Henkivakuutusosakeyhtiö to transfer rights and obligations from life insurance contracts to INVL Vie UAB, effective June 30, 2022. This publication renders the transfer opposable to policyholders, insured persons, beneficiaries, and third parties with an interest in the execution of the insurance contract regarding risks or commitments located in Belgium, pursuant to Article 17 of the Law of April 4, 2014, on insurance.

The Finnish prudential supervisor, Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA-Finanssivalvonta), authorized on June 30, 2022, the Finnish law insurance company Mandatum Henkivakuutusosakeyhtiö to transfer the rights and obligations arising from life insurance contracts to the Lithuanian law insurance company INVL Vie UAB. This transfer takes effect on June 30, 2022.
Pursuant to Article 17 of the Law of April 4, 2014, concerning insurance, this publication renders this transfer opposable to policyholders, insured persons, beneficiaries, and all third parties having an interest in the execution of the insurance contract, with regard to risks or commitments located in Belgium.
