Portfolio Transfer of THE SHIPOWNERS' MUTUAL STRIKE INSURANCE ASSOCIATION EUROPE to THE STANDARD CLUB IRELAND DAC
The Luxembourg prudential supervisor authorized the transfer of rights and obligations arising from non-life insurance contracts in branches 6 and 16 from THE SHIPOWNERS' MUTUAL STRIKE INSURANCE ASSOCIATION EUROPE to THE STANDARD CLUB IRELAND DAC, effective January 25, 2022. This publication renders the transfer opposable to policyholders, insured persons, beneficiaries, and all third parties with an interest in the execution of the insurance contract regarding risks or commitments located in Belgium, in accordance with Article 17 of the Law of April 4, 2014 on insurance.

The Luxembourg prudential supervisor authorized on January 18, 2022, the insurance company governed by Luxembourg law, THE SHIPOWNERS’ MUTUAL STRIKE INSURANCE ASSOCIATION EUROPE, to transfer the rights and obligations arising from non-life insurance contracts in branches 6 and 16 to the insurance company governed by Irish law, THE STANDARD CLUB IRELAND DAC. This transfer took effect on January 25, 2022.
Pursuant to Article 17 of the Law of April 4, 2014 on insurance, this publication renders this transfer opposable to policyholders, insured persons, beneficiaries, and all third parties having an interest in the execution of the insurance contract, with regard to risks or commitments located in Belgium.
