Press Release on Payment and Electronic Money Institution Account Holder Inquiry Service
The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) has developed the "Payment and Electronic Money Institution Account Holder Inquiry" service in collaboration with stakeholders. This new service, accessible via the e-Government Gateway (e-Devlet Kapısı), authorizes real persons to ascertain which payment and electronic money institutions hold their accounts. Additionally, heirs can utilize this service to inquire about accounts held by deceased persons.

Accordingly, the CBRT, upon collaborating with related stakeholders, has developed the “Payment and Electronic Money Institution Account Holder Inquiry” service. Through this service available on the e-Government Gateway (e-Devlet Kapısı), real persons will be able to access information about which payment and electronic money institutions they hold accounts with. They will also be able to use this service on behalf of deceased persons to whom they are heirs.
