PSD Circular Letter No. 05: Temporary Postpone of MFS Transaction
Effective immediately until 5:00 PM on April 28, 2015, all customer transactions for Mobile Financial Services (MFS) operating in Bangladesh are suspended at the request of the Election Commission. MFS providers, including banks and their subsidiaries, are advised to take necessary operational measures to implement this temporary suspension.

With reference to PSD Circular Letter No. 04/2015 dated April 27, 2015, it is informed that, at the request of the Election Commission, all customer transactions for all Mobile Financial Services operating in Bangladesh are completely suspended from now until 5:00 PM tomorrow, April 28, 2015.
In this regard, Mobile Financial Service providers, including banks and subsidiaries, are advised to take necessary operational measures regarding this matter.
