The document establishes specific operating hours for Bangladesh Automated Clearing House (BACH) and Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) transactions on working days during the holy month of Ramadan 1446 AH (2025), excluding weekends and public holidays. For BACH, BACPS High Value Clearing presentment cutoffs are set at 11:30 AM with a return cutoff at 1:30 PM, while Regular Value Clearing has a presentment cutoff at 12:00 PM and a return cutoff at 3:00 PM; BEFTN sessions continue according to their previous schedule. RTGS customer transaction windows (Pacs.008) run from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM for both BDT and foreign currency, customs duty e-payments extend until 3:30 PM for BDT, and interbank fund transfers (Pacs.009) and returns (Pacs.004) operate until 3:45 PM for BDT and 3:30 PM for foreign currency. These adjusted schedules revert to pre-Ramadan timings once the holy month concludes.

Dear Sir,
Regarding the determination of the transaction schedule for BACH and RTGS during the holy month of Ramadan, Hijri 1446 (2025 AD).
During the holy month of Ramadan, Hijri 1446 (2025 AD), operations for Bangladesh Automated Clearing House BACH (BACPS and BEFTN) and Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) will be conducted on working days other than weekly and government holidays, according to the schedule listed below.
- Transactions of Bangladesh Automated Clearing House (BACH):
a) BACPS High Value Clearing - Presentment Cut off Time- 11:30 AM,
- Return Cut off Time- 1:30 PM Regular Value Clearing - Presentment Cut off Time- 12:00 PM,
- Return Cut off Time- 3:00 PM
b) On the aforementioned days, the three sessions of BEFTN will remain operational according to the previous schedule.
