PSD Circular No. 02/2024 Date: 04 Magh 1430 18 January 2024 Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer All Scheduled Banks/MFS/PSO/NBFI (only LankaBangla Finance PLC) operating in Bangladesh Dear Sir, Subject: Providing data on transactions/transaction disputes/fraud-forgery related to Cheque/Card/MFS/PSO through Rationalized Input Templates (RIT) on a monthly basis. To automate the process of collecting information/data related to transactions/transaction disputes/fraud-forgery from all Payment Systems Participants operating in the country, six Rationalized Input Templates (RIT) have been finalized, which are as follows:

1. T-PSD-M-CHEQUE-FRAUD (Template related to fraud-forgery committed through Cheque)
2. T-PSD-M-CARD-FRAUD-DISPUTE (Template related to transaction disputes and fraud-forgery committed through Card)
3. T-PSD-M-MFS-FRAUD (Template related to fraud-forgery committed through MFS)
4. T-PSD-M-MFS-DISPUTE (Template related to transaction disputes committed through MFS)
5. T-PSD-M-QCASH-TRANSACTIONS (Template related to transactions committed through Q-Cash)
6. T-PSD-M-AGTR-TRANSACTIONS (Template related to transactions committed through Aggregator);
7. In this regard, you are advised to download the relevant RIT Template from the Bangladesh Bank website (https://ereturns.bb.org.bd/) and submit it on a monthly basis (statement for the reported month within the 10th of the following month) as per the instructions mentioned on the website; This directive will be effective immediately.
