PSD Circular No. 03/2009 Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations, 2009
The circular transmits PSD Notification No PSD.1/2009-BB dated 27 April 2009 and the Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations, 2009 to all scheduled banks and financial institutions operating in Bangladesh. Recipients are required to bring the contents of these regulations to the notice of all concerned officials within their respective organizations and acknowledge receipt of the circular.
