PSD Circular No. 09: Regarding PSP License of Sheba Fintech Ltd
The Bangladesh Bank grants a Payment Service Provider (PSP) license to Sheba Fintech Ltd for domestic operations, subject to the conditions specified in letter PSD/ADSNL(Sheba)/56/2023-2210 of this department. This authorization is issued under the powers conferred by Section 7(A)(E) of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972, and in accordance with the Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations-2014. All scheduled banks, mobile financial service providers, payment system operators, and payment service providers operating in Bangladesh are notified of this license grant.

Dear Sir,
Regarding the grant of license to Sheba Fintech Ltd as a Payment Service Provider (PSP).
Under the powers conferred by Section 7(A)(E) of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972, and in accordance with the "Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations-2014", the Bangladesh Bank has granted a license to "Sheba Fintech Ltd" to operate as a Payment Service Provider (PSP) within the country, subject to the conditions described in letter PSD/ADSNL(Sheba)/56/2023-2210 of this department.
