PSD Circular No. 13: Issuance of PSO license to Optimum Solution & Services Limited
The Bangladesh Bank has granted a license to Optimum Solution & Services Limited to operate as a Payment System Operator (PSO) under the brand name Easy Payment System (EPS) within the country. This authorization is issued under the powers conferred by Section 7(A)(e) of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972, and in accordance with the Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations-2014. The license is subject to the conditions specified in the Bank's letter PSD/AVC & L(OSSL)/20/2022-1902 dated previously. The circular notifies all scheduled banks, mobile financial service providers, payment system operators, and payment service providers operating in Bangladesh of this issuance.

Regarding the issuance of a license to Optimum Solution & Services Limited as a Payment System Operator (PSO).
Under the powers conferred by Section 7(A)(e) of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972, and in accordance with the "Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations-2014", the Bangladesh Bank has granted a license to "Optimum Solution & Services Limited" to operate as a Payment System Operator (PSO) under the brand name "Easy Payment System (EPS)" within the country, subject to the conditions described in the Bank's letter PSD/AVC & L(OSSL)/20/2022-1902 of this department.
