PSD Circular No. 17: Issuance of PSO (WLMA) License to SSLCOMMERZ Limited
The Bangladesh Bank has granted SSLCOMMERZ Limited a license to operate as a Payment System Operator (White Label Merchant Acquiring) under the brand name "SSLCOMMERZ" within the country. Regarding the issuance of a license to SSLCOMMERZ Limited as a Payment System Operator (White Label Merchant Acquiring).
In accordance with the "Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations-2014" issued under the powers conferred by Section 7(A)(E) of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972, the Bangladesh Bank has granted a license to "SSLCOMMERZ Limited" to operate as a Payment System Operator (White Label Merchant Acquiring) under the brand name "SSLCOMMERZ" within the country, subject to the conditions described in the department's letter PSD/EDCSSL/SSLC/49/2022-2957.
