The notice mandates that fees under sections 7(3) and 10(1) of the Payment Services Act be paid via GIRO direct debit or internet fund transfer. It requires notifications and documents under sections 11(9), 14(4), 15(1), 15(2), or 23(9) to be submitted in the forms and manner specified on the Authority’s website. Additionally, it sets the period for section 47(1) at seven business days after the Gazette publication of a designation order, and for section 47(4) at seven business days after a change of address. These requirements apply to licensees, operators of designated payment systems, and settlement institutions of designated payment systems.
