PSN09 Notice on Specified Matters and Forms
The Monetary Authority of Singapore issued PSN09 to establish regulatory forms and administrative requirements for payment service providers and designated payment system operators. This notice applies to a broad range of entities including designated payment system operators, settlement institutions, standard and major payment institutions, and money-changing licensees. The MAS Notice PSN09 (Amendment) 2026 takes effect on 28 March 2026 to update these specified matters and forms.
