The Securities Commission of The Bahamas advises the public that Arrow Fortune Limited, Apex Platform, and Curion Finance are not registered or licensed to operate in The Bahamas and have not applied for such authorization. These entities are conducting or purporting to conduct registrable activities, including securities trading and digital asset services, while falsely claiming regulation by the Commission or displaying fraudulent certificates of registration. Any such activities by these entities or their agents within The Bahamas violate the Securities Industry Act, 2024, and related legislation, exposing them to criminal prosecution and regulatory sanctions.
SECURITIES COMMISSION OF THE BAHAMAS PUBLIC NOTICE No. 13 of 2024 23 October 2024 RE: ARROW FORTUNE LIMITED APEX PLATFORM CURION FINANCE NOT REGULATED BY THE SECURITIES COMMISSION OF THE BAHAMAS This NOTICE is issued by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (the Commission) pursuant to its authority under the Securities Industry Act, 2024, the Investment Funds Act, 2019, the Financial and Corporate Service Providers Act, 2020 and the Digital Assets and Registered Exchanges Act, 2024 (the Acts). It has come to the attention of the Commission that ARROW FORTUNE LIMITED, APEX PLATFORM and CURION FINANCE may be conducting activities (or purporting to conduct activities), in or from within The Bahamas, that are either registrable/licensable or illegal under one or more of the Acts. The Commission hereby advises the public that these entities or their agents/representatives are not registered with/licensed by the Commission. Additionally, these entities have not applied to be registered/licensed by the Commission. Therefore, any registrable/licensable activity conducted, in or from within The Bahamas, by these entities and their agents/representatives is in violation of one or more of the Acts. BACKGROUND ARROW FORTUNE LIMITED via its website, https://arrowfortune.com/ offers securities trading/brokerage services and/or digital asset business services. The website also makes the false statement that the entity is regulated by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SCB). APEX PLATFORM and CURION FINANCE are names of unregulated and unlicensed entities that are displayed on fraudulent Certificates of Registration. Each certificate falsely claims that it was issued by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas. By these false claims, each entity, its agents and representatives commit an offence and are liable for criminal prosecution and/or regulatory sanctions under one or more of the Acts.
