SECURITIES COMMISSION OF THE BAHAMAS PUBLIC NOTICE No. 9 of 2024 22 July 2024 RE: INFINITY KAIROS INTERNATIONAL LTD. This NOTICE is issued by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (the Commission) pursuant to its authority under the Securities Industry Act 2011, the Investment Funds Act 2019, the Financial and Corporate Service Providers Act 2020 as well as the Digital Assets and Registered Exchanges Act 2020, (the Acts). It has come to the attention of the Commission that INFINITY KAIROS INTERNATIONAL LTD. (IKIL) may be conducting activities, in or from within The Bahamas, that are either registrable/licensable or illegal under one or more of the Acts. The Commission hereby advises the public that IKIL and its agents/representatives are not registered with or licensed by the Commission. Therefore, any registrable/licensable activity conducted, in or from within The Bahamas, by this entity and its agents/representatives constitutes a violation of one or more of the Acts. BACKGROUND Infinity Kairos International Ltd. has apparently launched a cryptocurrency named Billion Local Gold Coin (BLGC), which they are promoting via the website https://www.billionlocalcoin.io The Commission’s enquiries to date have determined several areas of the proposed operation that are of concern, including the proposed cryptocurrency launch appearing to be a financial scheme as defined by the Financial and Corporate Services Providers Act, 2020. Further, the Commission’s enquiries have determined that BLGC is being traded on at least one of several cryptocurrency trading platforms in the region. This is a potential violation of the Digital Assets and Registered Exchanges Act, 2020. WARNING Individuals conducting business with IKIL or its agents/representatives, should be cognizant that they are doing so with an entity and/or its agents who are not authorized or regulated by the Commission. Persons

2 who, prior to seeing this notice, were considering whether to conduct business with IKIL should exercise extreme caution in light of the disclosures herein and avoid unnecessary potential financial loss.
