PUBLIC OFFER NOTICE FOR DIGITAL ASSETS PARK CITY ZA, S.A. de C.V. in its capacity as a digital asset issuer with registration number EAD -0025, informs the general public that on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, starting at 9:00 hours, it will issue the Public Offer for its entry token "BAES - EPARKZ", with registration number AD -00031. The issuance consists of a total of 8,000,000 tokens. This digital asset will have as its underlying asset the net cash flows generated by the commercialization of the real estate units distributed in approximately 8 towers of the Park City Zaragoza Project. These cash flows correspond to the income obtained from the sale of the 1,056 real estate units, after deducting operating costs, administrative expenses, and any other priority financial obligations of the project.
