Rectification of Norms Compilation on Guarantees and Sanctions for Supervised Entities
The Superintendency of Financial Services issued Resolution SSF N° 2025-263 to correct formatting errors in the PDF conversion of Resolution RR-SSF-2024 dated May 20, 2025. The rectification reassigns specific lettered subsections within Article 101 (regarding Legal Persons) and Article 154 to their intended alphabetical order. These corrections are incorporated into the publication of Circular 2,477 in the Official Diary.

SUPERINTENDENCY OF FINANCIAL SERVICES – RESOLUTION SUPERINTENDENCY OF FINANCIAL SERVICES
VISTO: Resolution RR-SSF-2025-220 of May 20, 2025. RESULTING: I) That changes are made to the Recopilación de Normas del Mercado de Valores in the resolution. II) That due to an error in the computer systems supporting the norm issuance process, the conversion to PDF format of the resolution altered its content by modifying certain literals.
CONSIDERING: That the content of the regulatory change must be rectified so that it correctly reflects its original wording.
ATTENTIVE: To what is provided in Article 38 of Law N° 16.696 of March 30, 1995, as amended by Article 2 of Law N° 20.345 of September 19, 2024.
IT IS RESOLVED:
- RECTIFY resolution RR-SSF-2024 of May 20, 2025, modifying the corresponding literals of ARTICLE 101 numeral 2., “Legal Persons”, from “p”, “q”, “r”, “s”, “t”, “u”, “v”, “w” and “x” to “a”, “b”, “c”, “d”, “e”, “f”, “g”, “h” and “i”, respectively, and those corresponding to ARTICLE 154 from “a)” and “a.” to “a.” and “b.” respectively.
- INCORPORATE these corrections into the publication in the Official Diary of Circular 2,477 of May 29, 2025, which communicates Resolution RR-SSF.2024 of May 20, 2025.
- COMMUNICATE this resolution via Circular.
