Reference Rate Set at 2.00 Percent

The Swedish Central Bank (Riksbanken) has decided to set the reference rate for the period from July 1 to December 31, 2026, at 2.00 percent. This decision is made in accordance with Section 9 of the Interest Act (1975:635), which mandates that the reference rate be established for each calendar half-year. The document explicitly states that the reference rate serves no monetary policy purpose.
