REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION Stefan cel Mare și Sfânt Boulevard, No. 77, Chișinău municipality, MD 2012, tel: (373 22) 859 401, www.cnpf.md, e-mail: office@cnpf.md DECISION 24 August 2026 No. 43/4 Regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers, pertaining to the Joint Stock Company "AGROSERV-MDW" Following the examination of the request of the Joint Stock Company "AGROSERV-MDW" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 7152 on the date of 17 August 2026) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the increase of share capital, by increasing the nominal value of one share, with the restructuring of the previous securities issue, as well as of the documents related thereto, based on Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, Art. 8 letter m) and letter o), Art. 18 paragraph (3), Art. 20 paragraph (1) and paragraph (6) and Art. 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, Instruction on the stages, terms, manner and procedures for registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), point 16, point 19 and point 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022), the National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. There is registered in the Register of Securities Issuers the increase of share capital of the Joint Stock Company "AGROSERV-MDW" (IDNO 1004602004223 MD-6201, Sîngerei city, Independenței Street, 95/a) with the amount of 580 000 lei, by increasing the nominal value of one share from 50 lei to 1 500 lei, with the restructuring of the previous securities issue, from own capital. The share capital of the company, after increase and restructuring, will constitute 600 000 lei, divided into 400 ordinary registered shares, with the nominal value of one share of 1 500 lei and with the identification number MD14AMDW1000.
2. This Decision may be contested by filing a prior request addressed to CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău municipality, Stefan cel Mare și Sfânt Boulevard, No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient according to legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
