The Authority would like to inform Financial Entities that the European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) are currently providing the functionality for the resubmission of the RoIs that were rejected during the submission period. This resubmission window will remain open until 23 May 2025. This circular does not apply to your Financial Entity if your respective RoI submission is marked as ‘File Processed by EBA’ on the LH Portal. If your submission does not have a ‘File Processed by EBA’ status on the LH Portal, we kindly remind you to address any RoI submission feedback received on the LH Portal or via email. Subsequently, please resubmit your RoI without undue delay and by not later than 23 May 2025. Please note that this should not be considered as an extension to the RoI submission deadline, i.e., 11 April 2025, which has already passed. To be considered as successfully submitted, your submission must achieve the status of ‘File Processed by EBA’ on LH Portal.
