1999 MC (33) Central Bank of Iran Act, Article 23, Paragraph 4
Article 1: In accordance with Article 23, Paragraph 4 of the Central Bank of Iran Act, the "Regulations on the Establishment and Operation of Insurance Companies" are hereby issued.
Article 2: Insurance companies shall operate in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
Article 3: These Regulations shall be implemented by the Central Bank of Iran.
Article 4: Insurance companies shall comply with the provisions of these Regulations.
Article 5: The Central Bank of Iran shall supervise the implementation of these Regulations.
