BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 033/2008 SUBJECT: INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT – APPROVES MODIFICATION TO THE COMMISSION TABLE FOR SERVICES OF THE BCB FOR THE 2008 MANAGEMENT PERIOD.

HAVING SEEN: Law No. 1670 of October 31, 1995. The BCB Statute of October 21, 2005.

Board Resolution No. 152/2007 of December 11, 2007, which approves the Commission Table for services and the Fine Table of the Central Bank of Bolivia for the 2008 management period. The Report of the International Operations Management GOI No. 002/2008 of March 11, 2008. The Report of the Legal Affairs Management SANO No. 055/2008 of March 14, 2008.

CONSIDERING: That Article 11, numeral 45) of the BCB Statute, provides that the Board has the authority to set annually the Commission Table to be charged for the services it provides. That through Board Resolution No. 152/2007, the BCB Board approved the Commission Tables for services and for Fines of the BCB, for the 2008 management period. That the Report of the International Operations Management GOI No. 002/2008, recommends modifying the Commission named “Accounts abroad for third parties.” That according to the Report of the Legal Affairs Management SANO No. 055/2008, there is no legal impediment for the Board to approve the aforementioned modification.

THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA, RESOLVES: Article 1.- Approve the modification of the Commission Table for services of the BCB corresponding to the 2008 management period, according to the following detail: SAID: 9. Accounts abroad for third parties 3% SHOULD SAY: 9. Accounts abroad for third parties 1%

Article 2.- The approved modification will enter into force from the date of its approval.

Article 3.- The Presidency and the General Management are charged with the execution and compliance of this Resolution.
