The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves the institution's 2003 Annual Report. The resolution authorizes the Administration to disseminate the 2003 report and charges the Presidency and General Management with its execution and compliance.
BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 049/2004 SUBJECT: ECONOMIC POLICY ADVISORY – APPROVES BCB MEMORANDUM OF THE 2003 MANAGEMENT.
VIEWING: Law No. 1670 of October 31, 1995. The Report of the Economic Policy Advisory APEC-INEP 017/2004 of April 13, 2004. The Report of the Legal Affairs Management SANO No. 071/2004 of April 12, 2004.
CONSIDERING: That in accordance with Article 42 of Law No. 1670, the BCB must present within the first 120 days of each year to the President of the Republic, to the competent Commissions of the Legislative Chambers, and to the General Comptroller of the Republic, the Annual Report of the institution corresponding to the previous management.
That the Economic Policy Advisory has prepared the 2003 management Memorandum for consideration by the Board of Directors.
That it is an attribution of the Board of Directors, according to Article 54 subsection h) of Law 1670, to approve the Annual Report of the Bank.
THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Approve the Annual Report of the Central Bank of Bolivia corresponding to the 2003 management.
//2. R.D. No. 049/2004 Article 2.- Authorize the Administration to disseminate the 2003 Memorandum. Article 3.- The Presidency and General Management are charged with the execution and compliance of this Resolution.
