The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia amends the 2005 Fee and Other Income Table to include a 1% annual Fiduciary Administration Commission on fiduciary balances. The President and General Manager are tasked with executing and ensuring compliance with this resolution.

BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 071/2005 SUBJECT: INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT - INCLUDES COMMISSION, IN THE TABLE OF COMMISSIONS AND OTHER INCOMES OF THE BCB FOR THE 2005 MANAGEMENT PERIOD.

HAVING SEEN: Law No. 1670 of October 31, 1995. The Statute of the Central Bank of Bolivia of December 13, 2001. Board Resolution No. 189/2004, of December 14, 2004, which approves the Table of Commissions and Other Incomes and the Table of Fines of the BCB - 2005 Management. The Report of the International Operations Management GOI No. 004/2005 of May 23, 2005. The Report of the Legal Affairs Management SANO No. 124/2005 of May 23, 2005.

CONSIDERING: That the Report of the International Operations Management GOI No. 004/2005 recommends including a Fiduciary Administration Commission in the Table of Commissions and Other Incomes for the 2005 Management period. That according to the Report of the Legal Affairs Management SANO No. 124/2005, there is no legal impediment for the Board to approve the aforementioned inclusion of the Fiduciary Administration Commission in the Table of Commissions and Other Incomes for the 2005 Management period.

THEREFORE

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Include in the Table of Commissions and Other Incomes for the 2005 Management period, the collection of the Fiduciary Administration Commission with a rate of 1% annually on fiduciary balances.

Article 2.- The Presidency and the General Management are charged with the execution and compliance of this Resolution.
