The President and General Management are tasked with executing this resolution.

BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 099/2000 SUBJECT: MONETARY OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT - MODIFICATION TO BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 081/2000 APPROVING THE COMMISSIONS AND OTHER INCOMES TABLE – 2001 MANAGEMENT

HAVING VIEWED: Law No. 1670 of October 31, 1995. Board Resolution No. 081/2000 of November 14, 2000, which approves the Commissions and Other Incomes Table for the 2001 management. The report from the Monetary Operations Management SOSP No. 039/2000 of December 11, 2000. The Internal Communication SANO 146/2000 from the Legal Affairs Management of December 11, 2000.

CONSIDERING: That the Government has promulgated Supreme Decree No. 25875 of August 18, 2000, which approves the Integrated Management and Administrative Modernization System (SIGMA). That the Central Bank of Bolivia plans to initiate the launch of the Treasury Payment System (SPT), the operational arm of SIGMA, which involves payments to state beneficiaries and the collection of resources (non-tax) through the issuance of deposit slips starting January 2, 2001, with the participation of Accredited Financial Entities of the System wishing to provide these services, prior to the signing of an Adhesion Contract. That Report SOSP No. 039/2000 recommends modifying Board Resolution No. 081/2000, which approves the Commissions and Other Incomes Table, by exempting from the payment of accounting receipts all operations carried out through the SPT. That the Legal Affairs Management, in its Internal Communication SANO 146/2000 of December 11, 2000, states that it corresponds to the Board of Directors of the BCB to consider the approval of the modifications and additions to the Commissions and Other Incomes Table.

THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Modify the Commissions and Other Incomes Table for the 2001 management approved by Board Resolution No. 081/2000 of November 14, 2000, in the following terms:
