Resolution 100/2010

The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia amends the 2010 Fine Table by removing two specific treasury fines of 500 Bolivianos each, which previously penalized packages of classified monetary material containing more than five unfit or fit banknotes. These exclusions align with prior regulatory changes that removed sanctions for inadequately classified packages from the monetary material administration regulations. The modification takes effect immediately, and the Presidency and General Management are tasked with its execution.

BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 100/2010 SUBJECT: INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT – MODIFICATION OF THE BCB FINE TABLE.

SEEN: The Law 1670 of October 31, 1995 of the Central Bank of Bolivia. The Statute of the Central Bank of Bolivia approved by Board Resolution No. 128/2005 of October 21, 2005 and its subsequent modifications.
