Resolution 105/99 Approving the Commission and Other Income Table for the 2000 Management Period
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves the Commission and Other Income Table for the 2000 management period, which becomes effective on January 3, 2000. This approval simultaneously revokes Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 102/98 dated November 17, 1998. The Presidency and General Management are charged with the execution and compliance of this resolution.
BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 105/99 SUBJECT: INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT – APPROVES COMMISSION AND OTHER INCOME TABLE FOR 2000 MANAGEMENT PERIOD.
HAVING REVIEWED: Law No. 1670 of October 31, 1995. Board Resolution No. 102/98 of November 17, 1998, which approves the Commission and Other Income Table for the 1999 management period. Report from the International Operations Management SCP No. 025/99 of November 23, 1999. Report from the Legal Affairs Management SASJUR 790/99 of November 25, 1999.
CONSIDERING: That according to Article 54, subsection n) of Law 1670, it is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to formulate policies regarding the internal management of the Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB), supervising their execution. That the rates charged by the Central Bank of Bolivia for the provision of banking and financial services are intended to cover their respective operating costs. That it is necessary to periodically adjust the Commission and Other Income Table, in order to adapt it to current market conditions.
THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Approve the Commission and Other Income Table for the 2000 management period, attached to this Resolution, which will enter into effect starting on January 3 of the following year.
Article 2.- Effective January 3, 2000, Board Resolution No. 102/98 of November 17, 1998 is hereby repealed. //2. B.R. No. 105/99
Article 3.- The Presidency and General Management are charged with the execution and compliance of this Resolution.
