Resolution 132/2005 amends the 2005 Fee and Other Income Table of the Central Bank of Bolivia by introducing a new commission for Interbank Transfer Operations with Gloss (E30) processed via the High-Value Payment System (SIPAV). The resolution sets the fee for this service at Bs40 per operation, effective from the date of implementation. The President and General Management are tasked with executing and ensuring compliance with this resolution.

BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 132/2005 SUBJECT: FINANCIAL ENTITIES MANAGEMENT - INCLUDES COMMISSION IN THE TABLE OF COMMISSIONS AND OTHER INCOMES OF THE BCB FOR THE 2005 MANAGEMENT PERIOD.

HAVING SEEN: Law No. 1670 of October 31, 1995. The Statute of the Central Bank of Bolivia of October 21, 2005. The Regulation of the High-Value Payment System of November 9, 2004, approved by Board Resolution No. 166/2004.

Board Resolution No. 189/2004, of December 14, 2004, which approves the Table of Commissions and Other Incomes and the Table of Fines of the BCB - Management 2005 and its modification. The Report of the Financial Entities Management GEF/SANA/344/2005 of October 14 2005. The Report of the Legal Affairs Management SANO No. 237/2005 of October 20 2005.

CONSIDERING: That the Law of the Central Bank of Bolivia in its article 54 subsection a) establishes the norms and policies necessary to fulfill its powers as the Regulatory Body of the Payment System. That the Statute of the Central Bank of Bolivia establishes in its article 11 numeral 45, it is the duty of the Board to fix annually the Table of Commissions of the services provided by the Bank. That the SIPAV Regulation indicates that the fees charged for the services of SIPAV will be included in the Table of Commissions and Other Incomes of the Central Bank of Bolivia. That the commissions charged by the Central Bank of Bolivia for the provision of banking and financial services are intended to cover their respective operating costs.

//2. B.D. No. 132/2005 That it is necessary to periodically adjust the Table of Commissions and Other Incomes of the Central Bank of Bolivia, in order to adapt it to the new operations and services that the BCB provides. That the Report of the Financial Entities Management GEF/SANA/344/2005, by recommendation of the SPOSIP, requests including a commission for Interbank Operations with Gloss (E30) via SIPAV in the Table of Commissions and Other Incomes of the 2005 Management. That according to the Report of the Legal Affairs Management SANO No. 237/2005, there is no legal impediment for the Board to approve the mentioned incorporation of the commission for the service of Interbank Transfer Operations with gloss (E30) in the Table of Commissions and Other Incomes of the 2005 Management.

THEREFORE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Include in the Table of Commissions and Other Incomes of the 2005 Management, the charge of the Commission for Interbank Transfer Operations (E30) with a rate of Bs40.- per operation processed by SIPAV, which will enter into force from the date of its implementation.

Article 2.- The Presidency and General Management are charged with the execution and compliance of this Resolution.
