BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 144/2010 SUBJECT: INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT - APPROVES TABLE OF COMMISSIONS FOR SERVICES AND TABLE OF FINES OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA FOR THE 2011 FISCAL YEAR.

VIEWED: The Law 1670 of October 31, 1995, of the Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB). The Statute of the BCB approved by Board Resolution No. 128/2005 of October 21, 2005, and subsequent modifications. The Board Resolution No. 142/2009 of December 8, 2009, which approves the Table of Commissions for Services and the Table of Fines of the BCB for the 2010 fiscal year. The Board Resolution No. 100/2010 of August 31, 2010, which approves exclusions to the Table of Fines of the BCB for the 2010 fiscal year. The Report from the International Operations Management BCB-GOI-INF-2010-14 of December 14, 2010. The Report from the Legal Affairs Management BCB-GAL-INF-2010-425 of December 16, 2010.

CONSIDERING: That according to article 54, subsection n) of Law No. 1670, it is the responsibility of the Board to formulate policies regarding the internal management of the BCB, supervising their execution.

That according to article 11, numeral 45) of the Statute of the BCB, the Board has among its powers the authority to set annually the table of commissions to be charged for the services it provides.

That the International Operations Management, according to Report BCB-GOI-INF-2010-14, states that the commissions charged by the BCB for the provision of banking and financial services are intended to cover their respective operating costs; therefore, it is necessary to periodically adjust these commissions to align them with current market conditions.

That as expressed in Report BCB-GAL-INF-2010-425, in the opinion of the Legal Affairs Management, there is no legal impediment for the Board to consider the approval of the Service Commission Tables and the Fine Tables of the BCB for the 2011 fiscal year.

THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Approve the Table of Commissions for Services and the Table of Fines of the Central Bank of Bolivia for the 2011 fiscal year, which forms part of this Resolution as an annex, and which will enter into force as of January 3, 2011.

Article 2.- As of January 3, 2011, Board Resolutions Nos. 142/2009 and 100/2010 are repealed, as well as all provisions contrary to this Resolution.
