The resolution amends Article 315 Bis, fraction I of the General Provisions Applicable to Credit Institutions to require originating clients to register payment instructions for orders processed through ATMs by including the beneficiary's full name and mobile phone line number. It also mandates that the individual amount assigned to each beneficiary must not exceed the equivalent in national currency of Medium-Volume Monetary Operations. This change aims to streamline ATM payment operations by removing the requirement for the beneficiary's date of birth. The resolution entered into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on April 16, 2019.
