Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Amendments to the Rules for Organizing Statistical Reporting in Banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan

These amendments replace the reference to the Economic Research and Statistics Center with the Monetary Policy Center under the Central Bank in paragraph 6. Additionally, specific rows (18, 21, 43, 44, and 47) were removed from the list of bank statistical reporting forms, and the remaining rows were renumbered consecutively. The resolution entered into force ten days after state registration with the Ministry of Justice.

ON AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES FOR ORGANIZING STATISTICAL REPORTING IN BANKS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTON

[Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on October 5, 2002, under number 680-1]

This resolution has lost its force based on the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 26, 2018, No. 19/3 "On Declaring the Rules for Organizing Statistical Reporting in Banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as Amendments Thereto, as Lost in Force" (registration number 680-2, 02.07.2018).

For the purpose of regulating reports compiled by banks in the Republic and submitted to the Central Bank, the Board of the Central Bank resolves:

  1. Approve the amendments to the "Rules for Organizing Statistical Reporting in Banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan," approved by the Board of the Central Bank on February 20, 1998, and registered with the Ministry of Justice on March 22, 1999, under number 680, in accordance with the Appendix.

  2. This resolution shall enter into force ten days after its state registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Amendments to be made to the "Rules for Organizing Statistical Reporting in Banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan" registered with the Ministry of Justice on March 22, 1999, under number 680

  1. In paragraph 6, replace the words "Economic Research and Statistics Center" with "Monetary Policy Center under the Central Bank."

  2. Remove rows numbered 18 and 21 from Part 1, and rows numbered 43, 44, and 47 from Part 2 of the "List of Bank Statistical Reporting Form" attached to the "Rules for Organizing Statistical Reporting in Banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan," and renumber the row numbers in a continuous sequence.
