Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Recognizing Certain Regulatory Legal Acts Adopted by the Central Bank as Invalid

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan recognizes 35 specific regulatory legal acts as invalid. These repealed acts include various regulations and resolutions governing banking guardianship, preferential lending to young families, housing construction financing, microfinance distribution, cash export permits for residents, cash operations by legal entities, overdraft credits, and support funds for foreign currency purchases. The resolution entered into force on the date of its official publication, December 30, 2019.

Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On Recognizing Certain Regulatory Legal Acts Adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as Invalid

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Banks and Banking Activities", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

  1. To recognize as invalid certain regulatory legal acts adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the Appendix.

  2. This resolution enters into force from the date of its official publication.
