Resolution on Recognizing as Invalid the Resolution on Approving the Regulation on Non-Increase of Interest Rates and Amendments Thereto

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan declares invalid several prior resolutions that approved and amended the Regulation on Non-Increase of Interest Rates. This decision specifically revokes the Board's Resolutions No. 25/7 (2003), No. 10/11 (2006), No. 35/2 (2014), No. 8/10 (2016), and No. 1/7 (2019). The current resolution enters into force one month after its official publication.

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "On Banks and Banking Activity", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

Recognize as invalid the following departmental normative-legal documents attached hereto.
This resolution enters into force one month after the date of its official publication.
