The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Resolution SMV No. 002-2026-SMV/01 Lima, January 28, 2026 SEEN: The File No. 2025055711, the Joint Report No. 107-2026-SMV/06/10/11/12 of January 27, 2026, issued by the Legal Advisory Office, the Adjunct Superintendency of Prudential Supervision, the Adjunct Superintendency of Investigation, Development and Innovation and the Adjunct Superintendency of Market Conduct Supervision, as well as the request to extend the effective date of the modifications made to the Wheel Trading Operations Regulations of the Lima Stock Exchange, referred to the negotiation of instruments representing equity; CONSIDERING: That, article 145 of the Single Text of the Law of the Securities Market, Legislative Decree No. 861, approved by Supreme Decree No. 020-2023-EF (hereinafter, TUO LMV), states that the Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV) approves the statutes of stock exchanges and their modifications; as well as the internal regulations issued by the exchanges and their respective modifications; That, by Resolution CONASEV No. 021-99-EF/94.10, the Wheel Trading Operations Regulations of the Lima Stock Exchange (hereinafter, Operations Regulations) were approved; That, by Resolution SMV No. 011-2025-SMV/01, published in the Official Newspaper El Peruano on July 17, 2025, the SMV approved the modification of articles 2, 3, 5, 7, 8-A, 13, 15, 19, 20, 53, 55, 56, 57, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 71, 72, 76; and of the complementary provisions of articles 5 and 9 of the Operations Regulations, among other modifications (hereinafter, Equity Modifications); That, by Resolution SMV No. 018-2025-SMV/01, published in the Official Newspaper El Peruano on November 13, 2025, the SMV disposed, among others, two groups of modifications to the texts of article 15 and of the complementary provisions of articles 5 and 9 of the Operations Regulations. Thus, the first group referred to the modification of regulations regarding the negotiation of instruments representing debt, which governed from November 24, 2025 to February 1, 2026 (articles 4 and 5 of Resolution SMV No. 018-2025-SMV/01); while the second group referred to the modification of regulations regarding the negotiation of instruments representing debt and equity securities, which would govern from February 2, 2026 (articles 7 and 8 of Resolution SMV No. 018-2025-SMV/01);

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml That, likewise, Resolution SMV No. 018-2025-SMV/01 disposed of the modification of article 7 of Resolution SMV No. 011-2025-SMV/01, establishing the effective date of the modifications made to the Operations Regulations, referred to the negotiation of instruments representing equity, for February 2, 2026; That, by letter GGSB 016/2026 of January 23, 2026, the Lima Stock Exchange S.A. (hereinafter, BVL) requested that the effective date of the modifications to the Operations Regulations referred to the negotiation of instruments representing equity established in Resolution SMV No. 011-2025-SMV/02 be April 20, 2026, in order to achieve in an integral manner the preparation process of all Brokerage Societies; That, subsequently, by letter GGSB 017/2026 of January 26, 2026, the BVL clarifies that its request, in addition to the extension of the effective date of Resolution SMV No. 011-2025-SMV/01, comprises: i) the extension of the validity of articles 4 and 5 of Resolution SMV No. 018-2025-SMV/02, referred to the implementation of the trading platform for Fixed Income instruments, until April 19, 2026; and ii) the postponement of the effective date of articles 7 and 8 of Resolution SMV No. 018-2025-SMV/02, referred to the implementation of the trading platform for Variable Income instruments, to April 20, 2026; That, after evaluating the request submitted by the BVL, and taking into account that nuam - Colombia has postponed the start date in production of the new Nasdaq Eqlipse Trading matching engine and the new nuam Trading Workstation screen in the equity cash market of that country, which impacts the production launch processes of the Peru and Chile markets, as well as with the purpose of providing greater predictability to the market and preventing possible operational contingencies, it is necessary to extend the period requested by the BVL; and, Being in accordance with what is established in letter a) of article 1 and letter b) of article 5 of the Concordant Single Text of the Organic Law of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126; numeral 7 of article 9 of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF; article 145 of the TUO LMV; as well as what was agreed by the Board of Directors of the SMV, in its session of January 27, 2026; IT IS RESOLVED: Article 1.- Modify article 7 of Resolution SMV No. 011-2025-SMV/01, which shall read as follows: “Article 7.- This resolution shall enter into force on April 27, 2026.” Article 2.- Extend until April 26, 2026 the validity of the modifications of article 15, and of the complementary provisions of articles 5 and 9 of the Wheel Trading Operations Regulations of the Lima Stock Exchange, approved by Resolution Conasev No. 021-99-EF/94.10, established by articles 4 and 5 of Resolution SMV No. 018-2025-SMV/01.
