Returns in Respect of Agents
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago requires all insurance companies to submit returns detailing their registered agents and salespersons as of December 31, 2011. The submission must include names and particulars for individuals, partnerships, and companies categorized as agents or salespersons. These returns must be provided in both electronic worksheet and hard copy formats no later than January 31, 2012.
