Revised Format of Electronic Proceeds Realization Certificate (ePRC)
The document substitutes the existing formats V-148 and V-149 for the issuance of Electronic Proceeds Realization Certificates (ePRC) and Statements of PRCs (S-PRCs) with new attached formats. Authorized Dealers (ADs) are required to ensure the issuance of ePRCs and S-PRCs using these new formats effective from 1st October 2025. All other instructions regarding these certificates remain unchanged, and ADs must complete necessary system developments to comply with this timeline.

Dear Sir/Madams,
Revised Format of Electronic Proceeds Realization Certificate (ePRC)
Attention of Authorized Dealers (ADs) is invited to FE Circular No. 05 of 2022 interalia containing instructions regarding the subject.
In this regard, the existing formats ( V-148 & V-149 ) for issuance of electronic Proceed Realization Certificate (ePRC) and Statement of PRCs (S-PRCs) have been substituted with the attached formats. All other instructions in the matter shall remain unchanged.
Henceforth, ADs are advised to ensure issuance of ePRC and S-PRCs, as per the new formats w.e.f. 1st October 2025. Any system related developments should be made at the earliest to ensure compliance with the above timeline.
ADs are advised to bring the above instructions to the knowledge of all their constituents and ensure meticulous compliance.
