Mr./Ms. General Manager:

The Superintendence of Banks of Panama (SBP) deems it appropriate to update the graphic asset that includes the official logo of the institution, which must be published on the main page of the bank's website, considering that we act, in accordance with the Law, as the regulatory and supervisory entity for banking in Panama.

The graphic asset, in PNG format, must be published in accordance with the following instructions:

1. In a size of 150 px x 150 px, always maintaining the proportional scale to preserve the quality and legibility of the icon, on a light background, preferably white (color graphic asset) or on a dark background (linear white graphic asset). Additionally, backgrounds with patterns must be avoided.
2. Preferably at the lower left margin of the website's home page.
3. Maintain its size and proportion and it must not be modified.

Therefore, please find attached the files with the color graphic asset and the linear white format, both with a transparent background, for the indicated purposes. We appreciate reminding you that it must not be used for purposes other than those indicated in this document.

This Circular revokes Circular No. SBP-DR-0043-2023 of June 16, 2023.
