Dear Sir,

Regarding data submission of Private Sector Medium and Long Term (MLT) Debt according to new time schedule via Rationalized Input Template.

With reference to STD Circular Letter No. 06/2014, dated September 30, 2014, it is informed that regarding the submission of data related to Medium and Long Term (MLT) Foreign Currency Debt in the Private Sector of Bangladesh by Approved Dealer Banks, filled in Form ED-2, along with the relevant Rationalized Input Template (RIT) and hard copies of ED-1/ED-2 forms and loan agreement documents to the Statistics Department on a quarterly basis, the submission must be made to the Statistics Department by the 15th of the month, instead of within one month after the end of each quarter as mentioned in the aforementioned circular letter.

This directive will be effective from the next quarter (January-March, 2023).
