Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia, with the objective of improving the response level of its operations and maintaining the availability of its services in case of contingencies, has scheduled the second operational continuity exercise through its Alternate Processing Site. The mentioned exercise will begin at 20:00 on Thursday, December 6, 2018, and conclude at approximately 16:00 on Saturday, December 8, 2018. For this exercise, it is not necessary for your entity to perform additional configurations on the VPN connection it currently uses with the BCB.
Due to the fact that this exercise will include the financial system (ASOBAN, Participating Entities) and public entities (MEFP, BCB), close coordination and verification by the participants is of vital importance; therefore, I request that you instruct the corresponding instances to participate, report promptly, and support the normal conduct of the aforementioned operational continuity exercise.
