Licensees and registrants of the Securities Commission of The Bahamas must report positive matches for two newly added Haitian entities, Gran Grif and Viv Ansanm, to the Financial Intelligence Unit and the Office of the Attorney General within 24 hours of this notice. Failure to submit these required reports constitutes an offence punishable by a fine not exceeding $250,000.00, and non-compliant registrants may face disciplinary action including a minimum fine of $200.00 per day. Confirmations of submission must also be sent to the Commission's Executive Director.
