SFD Circular Letter No. 01: Reporting Format for CSR Activities of Banks and FIs

A revised Corporate Social Responsibility reporting format replaces the previous format attached to GBCSRD Circular Letter No. 06 dated 10 June 2015 for all scheduled banks and financial institutions in Bangladesh. Entities must submit half-yearly statements regarding CSR initiatives, with January-June reports due by the last working day of July and July-December reports due by the last working day of January. The format requires detailed disclosures on corporate governance, policy compliance, sustainability rating components, budgetary issues, and specific expenditure percentages for education, health, and environment sectors.
