Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Submission of statements (Regulatory Reporting) to be sent to the Sustainable Finance Department.

Bangladesh Bank has issued instructions to continue banking activities on a limited scale during the general holiday declared by the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to prevent the spread of Coronavirus infection. In accordance with the instructions of Bangladesh Bank, banks are operating banking activities on a limited scale during this period.

In the current context, it has been decided that all quarterly statements, including the Quarterly Report on Green Banking Activities, to be submitted by scheduled banks and financial institutions to the Sustainable Finance Department, may be submitted within 14 (fourteen) working days after the resumption of normal activities following the end of the government-declared general holiday.

This instruction is issued with the approval of the appropriate authority.
