The Central Bank of Bolivia debits the quarterly contribution to the Financial Restructuring Fund (FRF) from the current and reserve accounts of financial entities on January 16, 2012. Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia notifies financial entities that, in application of Article 127 of Law No. 1488, it will debit the quarterly fee (contribution to the Financial Restructuring Fund) from their Current and Reserve Account or their Foreign Currency Reserve Account on January 16, 2012.
The debited amount will be equivalent to one point two five per thousand (1.25 ‰) of the daily average of public liabilities from the previous quarter; therefore, we kindly request that you make the respective fund provision.
