The Central Bank of Bolivia will debit the quarterly contribution to the Savings Protection Fund from the accounts of financial intermediation entities on January 15, 2014. The amount debited equals 1.25 per thousand of the average daily public liabilities from the previous quarter, requiring entities to ensure sufficient funds are available in their current, reserve, or foreign currency reserve accounts.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia notifies financial intermediation entities that, in application of Article 518 of the Financial Services Law No. 393, it will debit the quarterly fee (contribution of financial intermediation entities) from their current and reserve account or their foreign currency reserve account on January 15, 2014.
The debited amount will be equivalent to one point two five per thousand (1.25 0/00) of the average daily public liabilities of the previous quarter; therefore, we kindly request that you make the respective provision of funds.
