The Central Bank of Bolivia mandates that financial institutions download and implement Version 4.36 of the Operations Capture System for Interest Rates and Exchange Rates, effective January 19, 2016, for reporting data from January 18, 2016. This update introduces the capability to generate exchange rate files marked as "no information" when no transactions occur on the reporting day. Additionally, financial institutions are required to submit exchange rate operation files for the period from December 1, 2015, to January 18, 2016, which previously lacked exchange rate data, by January 25, 2016.

Dear Sirs and Madams:
The Central Bank of Bolivia informs financial entities that the new versions of the Operations Capture System: Interest Rates and Exchange Rates Version 4.36 are available for download on the intranet of the Financial System Supervision Authority.
Regarding Exchange Rates, the updates incorporate the possibility of generating the (TC) file "without information" when no operations are carried out on the reporting day.
The new version will be in effect starting January 19, 2016, for reporting information from January 18, 2016. The reports of the exchange rate (TC) operations file corresponding to the period from December 01, 2015, to January 18, 2016, which did not contain Exchange Rate information, must be submitted by January 25, 2016.
