The Central Bank of Bolivia debits the quarterly contribution to the Financial Restructuring Fund (FRF) from the current and reserve accounts of financial entities on January 15, 2013. The amount deducted equals 1.25 per thousand of the average daily public liabilities from the previous quarter. This obligation applies to banks, mutuals, cooperatives, and private financial funds.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia notifies financial entities that, in application of Article 127 of Law No. 1488, it will debit the quarterly fee (contribution to the Financial Restructuring Fund) from their Current and Reserve Account or their Foreign Currency Reserve Account on January 15, 2013.
The debited amount will be equivalent to one point two five per thousand (1.25 ‰) of the daily average of liabilities to the public from the previous quarter.
