The Central Bank of Bolivia requires financial entities participating in the Integrated Payment Clearing System (LIP) to include transfers of funds to the Treasury Single Account (CUT) under client request, effective February 2, 2015. These operations must be processed using operation code E18 during the hours of 07:00 to 18:30. Participating entities must request the addition of this operation to their valid digital certificates to execute these transfers within the LIP system.

FROM: GENERAL MANAGEMENT FINANCIAL ENTITIES MANAGEMENT TO: PARTICIPANTS IN THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT CLEARING SYSTEM - LIP (FINANCIAL ENTITIES) SUBJECT: TRANSFER OF FUNDS ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS TO THE TREASURY SINGLE ACCOUNT - 3987.
Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia notifies participants in the Integrated Payment Clearing System - LIP that, starting from February 2, 2015, operations involving the transfer of funds to the Treasury Single Account - 3987 carried out by Financial System Entities at the request of their clients, will be included in the Payment Clearing System - LIP with the following characteristics:

In this regard, participating entities must request the addition of the aforementioned operation to their valid digital certificates to perform transfers in the LIP System.
The aforementioned modifications are part of the Operational and IT Guide of the LIP System (v.1.0).
