The Central Bank of Bolivia reschedules transfers to and from the RAL Fund, originally due on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, to Thursday, February 23, 2012, due to the Carnival holiday. This adjustment applies to financial entities required to perform these operations on the affected date.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia informs you that, due to the Carnival holiday on February 20 and 21 of this year, the transfers to/from the RAL Fund that were scheduled to take place on Tuesday the 21st will be carried out on Thursday, February 23, 2012.
