The Central Bank of Bolivia establishes new operating hours for Credit Card Administrator S.A. (ATC) within the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP), effective March 17, 2015. The schedule assigns specific time windows for net debtor position increases (12:00-12:30), net debtor position payments (14:00-14:40), and the submission and payment of uncovered PMND reports (14:41-15:00), followed by net creditor position payments (15:01-15:40). These changes apply to all participants in the LIP system and are incorporated into the LIP Operational and IT Guide (v.1.0).

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs LIP System participants that modifications to the Internal Operations Regulation (RIO) of the Credit Card Administrator S.A. (ATC) have been approved. Consequently, starting March 17, 2015, the operating hours for ATC operations in the LIP system are as follows:
