The Central Bank of Bolivia makes Version 2.0 of the SIPAV Operational and IT Guide available, introducing modifications for the Third Settlement Cycle of the Electronic Payment Order Clearing House, descriptions of the new SIPAV Portal functionalities, updates to codifiers for new participants and their accounts, and changes to forms in Annexes 1 through 4. This update applies to SIPAV participants, including financial entities, ACCL S.A., and EDV S.A.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia informs SIPAV participants that Version 2.0 of the SIPAV Operational and IT Guide (GOIS) is available at the address https://112.2.11.1/sise2/. This version includes the following changes:
- Modifications due to the enablement of the Third Settlement Cycle for the Electronic Payment Order Clearing House (ACH)
- Description of functionalities of the new SIPAV Portal
- Update of codifiers for new participants, their reserve accounts, and inquiry users.
- Modification of the forms contained in Annexes 1 to 4
