The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes E-FECTIVO ESPM S.A. to participate in the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) effective April 20, 2015. The entity is assigned code 539 and clearing account 7353 for the processing and receipt of electronic transfers. Participants are required to update their internal IT systems with these new participant details.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) communicates to the participants of the LIP System:
That the Mobile Payment Services Company E-FECTIVO ESPM S.A. (E-FECTIVO) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the aforementioned system, meeting the requirements set forth in its Regulations, the Participation Contract, and the current Operational and IT Guide. Consequently, as of Monday, April 20, 2015, it is authorized as a participant and its account is approved for the processing and receipt of electronic transfers according to the following details:
